At the beginning of the project, we learn about the company, its character, areas of expertise, advantages, target audiences, and the market sector in which it operates. We believe that this stage is critical to the ability of each supplier to produce a precise solution. The information gathered forms a knowledge base for defining the most appropriate user experience. The research is carried out by interviewing the relevant sources at the customer facility and performing basic benchmark testing.
First, we define all system screens with the emphasis on creating an easy-to-use user interface that will be effective and attractive. In the interface (UI) design, the principles of human engineering, information architecture and search engine optimization come into play, where the main concern in each case is improving website results. At the same time, the functional and technical configuration is performed.
After designing the user interface, the system’s GUI is developed. This phase includes creation of the graphic language, addition of icons where appropriate, definition of a color scheme, and user-interaction aspects planning. The design plan takes into account the types and scope of content to be included on the website, and a design framework is created that preserves the unique image of the organization that distinguishes it from its competitors.
The development phase includes implementing the design on the website, developing unique modules, and configuring the content-management system. If necessary, we perform integration with third-party systems and any required customization.
Website development is performed in close cooperation with the customer's project manager, using the appropriate development methodologies, applying cutting-edge technologies and optimizing the system’s code.
